Art is her personal expression of deep connection between the inner self and eternal world.
A project that was developed during the pandemic and during a lockdown in the city of Bologna. My vision as a photographer was mainly to express the difficult time for every artist and especially to represent the self-isolation but also the essence of an artist to keep inspired, practising, and motivated to create his art.
Forcella Luigi was born in Foggia in 1946. In the 70s he moved to Termoli (CB) to work in the sugar sector, in his spare time he was able to give life to his artistic passion in its various expressions, especially painting, photography and sculpture. Only in the year 2000, with the transition to retirement, Luigi Forcella found in the "Ready-Made" the catalyst that allows him to bring forth and realize the maximum synthesis of his own expressive language: the "sculpture" thus becomes for the artist a totemic work that is built on the found object, the sculptural act becomes for him the prevailing means with which to express himself. From here he creates a series of works where he manifests the ability to grasp new expressions of beauty from sterile seeds, which, when collected by the artist, are reborn to a new life.
